The Hong Kong Museum of Art is the main art museum of Hong Kong. Founded in 1962, it was once housed in the City Hall. In 1991, it moved to its present location at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Situated in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, the Hong Kong Museum of Art is probably the most renowned of the city’s museums.
